Jordan McDougall

Jordan McDougall has practiced exclusively as a building and construction lawyer since her admission in 2022 and provides both dispute resolution and transactional advice to a wide range of clients including subcontractors, contractors and homeowners. Jordan has a particular interest in construction disputes.

Before commencing work with Construct Law Group, Jordan worked in a barristers chambers in Brisbane city, specialising in construction law. Jordan has since developed a keen interest in construction law and strives to deliver a practical, analytical and collaborative approach to assisting clients.

Jordan also has experience in matters arising out of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 (Qld) including advising on licensing requirements, defective works, non-conforming building products and the statutory insurance scheme. Jordan assists clients with various types of legal disputes within dispute resolution processes, the tribunals, and the courts.

Jordan provides advice and assistance to clients on all matters and scales of projects from the tender stage through to completion of a project and beyond.
