    • A client agreement setting out the terms and conditions of the firm’s engagement will be forwarded shortly in accordance with the firm’s obligation to do so pursuant to the Legal Professional Act 2007 (Qld).

    • If the client named in this record is a company, I/we acknowledge that the director/s have been informed and accepted that he/she/they will be jointly and severally liable together with the company for the payment of the firm’s fees and outlays.

    • I/we acknowledge that it is a standard requirement of the firm that funds are deposited into the firm’s Trust Account as security for its fees & outlays and that the firm will not undertake any substantive work until funds are paid into trust.

    • In submitting this form I/we are duly authorised representative of the client, or a director of the client named in this record and confirm that the details contained in this record are true and accurate.
